-Support-

  • Studying at any College can be tough and there may come a time when you need some extra support. Within this section you will find some of the support which we offer you. We want you to complete your course so if you’re having problems why not see if we can help.

The college has a Careers Co-ordinator who can help you look at the right course for you as well as talk you through your career options and much more. The college also has the Dagenham office of the Connexions just off the main foyer in A block. Information about all of these can be found within the Careers Guidance section.

If you’re feeling unhappy, confused, angry, lonely or you just need to get something off your chest make an appointment to see the College Counsellor. Whatever the problem the counsellor will give you the time and space to talk about it. Click on the Counselling link for more information.

If you are struggling with payments towards exam fees, books or equipment you could be allegeable for financial support. The Learner Support Fund is available to students who are on low incomes and is used to aid students with their learning. For more details click on the Financial Help link.
